These days have been uplifting, exhausting, rewarding, and peaceful as the universe has presented me a new challenge, one of them is the pandemic. I have learned how to multitask with utilizing different ways of staying sane and healthy at the same time. Some of the things that have enabled me to stay focused were checking in with close friends, family, drawing, and exercising. I also learned different languages, cleaned more frequently, and watched TV shows that I enjoy. When the weather was nice, I would garden and do DIY projects such as contractor trades work and painting. I found that walking was a source of daily exercise that worked best for me. The pandemic really made me take in the moments that the suns rays shine bright outside.
I sit back visualizing about how society is evolving, and the past is erasing, while the present/future has space to develop. I am grateful while being humbled to be of witness to all the many changes the planet has created. The little things in life do count! I never take my existence for granted nor should you. Continue to evolve during this time and find things to do that make you happy while managing proper, safe techniques to detox your mental health, as you are an important human that deserves love and to be seen.
