2. Organize and Clear the Clutter One of the biggest (and hardest) parts of spring cleaning is often getting rid of clutter. Sarah Aguirre simplifies this process, recommending that people try following a systematic four step approach. Begin with identifying problem areas, analyze the reasons for the clutter, determine solutions that works for you, and implement these remedies right away. Sorting your belongings into four different categories—trash, give away, store, or put away—can also be effective as you go through the spring-cleaning process. Still not sure what to do? Maybe try making a pinterest room board. This can allow you to have a vision of where you want certain items to be before starting.
3. Get the entire Household Involved Make spring cleaning a household task! Even young children can be excellent helpers. Assign age-appropriate chores, so everyone feels included. Finally done cleaning: A better environment After I am done cleaning, it creates a sense of accomplishment. I usually feel really good about myself. Being in a clean space creates a better environment for me, mentally and physically.
